The Holy Spirit is the Third person of the Trinity through whom God acts, reveals His will, empowers individuals, and discloses His personal presence in the OT and NT.
The Holy Spirit all the attributes of God: Omniscient (Jn 14:26), Omnipresent (Ps 139:7-10) & Eternal (Heb 9:14).Therefore, He is God. The Holy Spirit also has intellect, will and emotion (1 Cor 12:11, Eph 4:30, Rom 8:27).
However, the Holy Spirit is not an influence or a power, but can influence and is powerful. The Holy Spirit is also not water, fire, wind or a dove even though these are various expressions of His personality.
3 things Jesus did to build spiritual capacity:
1. He studied scriptures.

Action Plan: Read the Bible daily. Read the Bible in Christian gatherings. Read the Bible in your spare moments. Have a routine for studying the Bible.
2. He prayed
Luke 5:16 NLT, NCV
Action Plan: Prayer continually throughout the day. Have a routine. Regularly join other believers for prayers.
He kept company with believers.
John 4 NLT
Action Plan: Fill up your inner circle with believers with shared values. Be intentional about the media you consume. Be selective of the people, content and platforms that have access to your mind and heart.
3. He kept company with believers.

2 things to learn from Jesus to build intellectual capacity:
1. He built His language and communication skills.

Action Plan: Keep building your language skills through learning and intentional media consumption. Improve your communication ability through practice.
2. He acquired knowledge of different industries/sectors
Mark 6:3 NLT
Action Plan: Take the necessary steps to acquire knowledge and experience in your industry through books, courses, communities and other materials. Take interest in other industries.
Final Note: It is impossible to Progress Forward in life towards our God-given dreams if we do not build capacity. Every single person in scriptures who made an impact did so on the backdrop of building capacity.
